Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer to the respective item’s applicable return/replacement policy on the product page.
General Returns Policy
- Applicable products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on Agrictools.com.
- Notification or request for return on account of reasons mentioned in point no.1 must be received by Agrictools customer care within 24 hours of receipt of material.
- Return will be processed only if:
- it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
- the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
- the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
- All return request would be duly verified and authenticated for the claims and would be subject to acceptance as per the respective policies of the sellers / manufacturers
- Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect part / item ordered.
- Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
- Products may be eligible for replacement/ refund as per the respective seller’s policies. Refunds would be processed within 3 working days and replacement requests would be processed within 2 working days following which the shipments would be initiated from the fulfillment centres applicable to the product ordered.
Warranties
Warranty coverage for products purchased through Agrictools.com would be governed by the policies of the sellers / manufacturers of the respective product.
